Great service. brought what I needed, some good & hype nike wear sellection & sneakers. I got it with some delay, with little hassles.!! I've been shopping for while for my favorite sportswear & snaekers. With patience, you'll recieve what you get, don't complain.!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! After the order was placed I get an email that it's out of stock and I'll get in store credit with no reference number or anything!

First of all I paid almost 50 something dollars for four pairs of sweats was told it would be shipped off in 5 days still have not received my item still has not been shipped off when I reach out to the company they have no information to give me the whole thing is just very unprofessional

AWFUL COMPANY!! I ordered two items got 1/2 of them on time and the last item( a 100$ baseball jersey) never arrived. After 5 weeks had passed I called them and spoke to about 20 different customer service representatives that all told me the same thing "We'll send you and update in 48 hours". After about two months had passed I finally got a hold of a "manger" who was able cancelled my order and told me a refund was going to be issued to my account within 15 business days. It has been two months now and it is safe to say I am never getting my money back. Avoid doing business with this company because they will try to scam you...

This company is a complete scam.
They will send you a partial order of wrong items. Their customer service will tell you its in their "return policy" backed by the federal government for you to return the wrong products for a 150% discount coupon after you pay return shipping and they get the wrong product back.
Obviously to start the sick loop all over again.
These guys need TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

The absolute WORST place to buy ANYTHING from. HANDS DOWN. I ordered something WEEKS AGO, They promised it would arrive in time, even promised to expedite because it was taking them too long--THEY SHIPPED IT THE SLOWEST POSSIBLE SPEED! AND THEY INCLUDED AN ILLEGIABLE LABEL WHICH SLOWED IT DOWN EVEN MORE! It did NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE GAME, even though it was promised! Spoke to and emailed over 50 different incompetent people. Will NEVER ORDER anything from them again! NEVER!

I bought 2 items. One was delivered, but the other one wasn’t... i demanded a refund, but they tried to convince me it would still be shipped. I talked to about 8 different customer service reps that spoke slow English. Once i started demanding a refund, is took about 7 weeks to finally get. They did eventually refund, but i was thinking i got took. They always want to escalate the matter and will give you a response in 48 hours... i only received a call back once out of about 50/60 messages. I would never do business again with them.

Never again, I wish a had seen the reviews before wasting a $1000 with this fraud company. They never call back, same person every time you call them, different answer. Trying with my bank to dispute the charges now. Don't fall for their scam and bad practices.

BAIT AND SWITCH - WEBSITE LIES..
I purchased a weight bench, thinking I was getting what was pictured, and described on website.. DEAD WRONG.. 5 phone calls, over 30 days to horrible customer service minions, who only read from a script, each time describing in detail what was wrong.. - They took down the entire Proform bench listing on their website, and didn't try to apologize, or even recognize their error. First and LAST time I ever purchase anything from Modells.. No surprise they're in Bankruptcy...

I ordered a weight rack and was doing so on quadpay. After the website told me the bill was $250 for the first payment, they billed the full $1,061.23 and now will not allow me to cancel the order nor will they give a refund. I have disputed the payment with my credit card company and have stopped the payment. I have also got a lawyer looking into this Do not do business with this company! They are thieves!
